  8. Turn the rice roots over as usual. When you're done, make sure you prep it with a bamboo pin. If not cooked, cook for another 10 minutes.
  9. Remove from dry heat and refrigerate for 2 hours.
  10. Of course, you can use a baking dish. Bake at 180 degrees for 40 minutes.
