- Blend all ingredients until almost smooth. I love some snippets, I want my guests to know it's not instant.
- The next day, add mashed potatoes to the buns.
- Fry in oil 2-3 cm deep or in a deep pan. Shredded bread, sometimes I grind cornflakes, sometimes I use shredded bread, sometimes regular breadcrumbs. I like to add spices to my taste, which is another matter.
- 1-2 sweet onions, peeled and chopped.
- 2 cloves of garlic, chopped.
- Seasonings I use to taste: salt, Italian pepper, cumin, halved.
- 1 cup target flour with 2 cups mashed potatoes. If you need more.
- I season the potatoes with breadcrumbs. mix well
- Wet your hands, shake off the leftovers, and take out a bowl with a wet hand. Put the hot breadcrumbs in a bowl
- Turn it over, flatten it a bit and gently place it in the hot oil. I mostly fry in a pan. Heat each side over medium-high heat for 3-4 minutes.
