  8. 1/2 package of chocolate cream (you can make it at home) - melt in the microwave

Mom's triple chocolate cake recipe

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Grease the donut tray or tubes with flour. Leave it aside. (9" x 13" can be used but you start to see that the cake will be ready in 35-45 minutes.
  2. Don't make cookie dough from the can, use the ingredients in this recipe. Add all the listed ingredients except the chocolate chips and garnish in a large bowl. Beat with an electric mixer at low speed until you have a homogeneous mass. Continue on high speed for another 2 minutes, basting the sides as needed.
  3. Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave in 30 second increments, stirring each time, until smooth and coated. Pour the mixture into the cake mix and stir until completely absorbed.
  4. Pour the mixture evenly into the prepared pan. Shake the pan and tap the work surface lightly to remove air pockets. Place in the middle of the oven. Bake for 50-55 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  5. Remove from the oven and let cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then invert onto a wire rack, remove from the pan and let cool completely. When cool, transfer to a serving plate or large serving bowl.
  6. Melt the chocolate coating in the microwave for 30-35 seconds before pouring. Pour and sprinkle over the cake, letting all the goodness melt down the sides.
  7. Place in the fridge for an hour to harden the decorations or enjoy immediately if you can't wait. piece serve have a good time.
  8. Note 1: If you want some of the frosting to dip into the cake, make two rows with holes about an inch apart. Place a stick or the handle of a thin wooden spoon on top and make sure to pour plenty of garnish into the holes.   9. Note 2: I really wanted one, but I only had German chocolate cake mix, so that's what I used. I made a coconut caramel drizzle using Fenway's Salted Caramel Sauce recipe and it was to die for. "How to do it" Bake in the oven greased with a spoonful of coconut at 180 º C for 5-7 minutes, stirring at least once. Prepare the caramel sauce (included), let it cool for 10 minutes, add the coconut, let the sauce cool completely. We mix it to dissolve, then carefully pour it on the cake and let it dry.
