  20. Put some flour on the dough ball and roll it evenly.
  21. To Fry:
  22. Heat a tava/Griddle.
  23. Put the flattened paratha on it.
  24. Dont add ghee/oil yet.
  25. Once small bubbles appear, flip it over and let the other side cook a bit.
  26. Now put ghee/oil on the cooked side and flip it over.
  27. Repeat.
  28. Serve it hot with curd and Achaar.
